​Test Unit 

Enclosed a principle drawing of a test specimen for the 600kg main spar.

Please find below the process to build the test unit regularly captured on pictures. The build start with mill an mold to plug in the hemlock wooden strips. We use to fix the wooden strips with glue H385/L386 from R&G, after 24h of hardening in the mold we remove the unit and start to mill the plywood panelling. Please see the further progress below.


Testing device for compression-tension testing machine, the corresponding adapters are missing and are still being attached.

Carbon fiber spar cab Test unit with a total high of 38mm and 44mm fixed on a tensile testing machine with max force of 10.000N.
